Dear Parent or Guardian,
Summer Camp Registration is as easy as 1, 2, 3...
1. Register for camp through WebTrac or at Decatur Recreation Center on or after March 4 at 9 am. Pay a $25 deposit per camper per session to hold your spot in camp. 2. Complete registration forms for each camper.
3. Complete the Health History Form and any other health related forms relevant to your child (Asthma Action Plan, Food Allergy Action Plan)
In order to enroll in a given camp session a family must utilize WebTrac or register through Decatur Active Living at 231 Sycamore Street. Once a deposit has been paid for a given camp session the camper is considered registered for that camp. Camp Registration opens March 4 at 9 am and remains open through 4 pm on the Friday before each session begins or until filled. A Camp Registration Form and Health History Form must be completed for each camper in your household. If you submitted an updated Health History Form in the 2017-18 after school registration process you do not have to resubmit for camp. Please note that completion of a registration form DOES NOT constitute enrollment in camp.
